Physical & Chemical Properties

The product presents as colorless transparent orthorhombic crystals with deliquescent properties. The relative density is 1.769 at 50℃. It features stable water solubility with verifiable data: 70.6g per 100mL of water at 0℃, and 103.8g per 100mL of water at 100℃. The aqueous solution shows acidic characteristics. It is insoluble in ethanol, acetone and ammonia liquid. Chemical reaction occurs with alkaline substances to produce ammonia, which supports conventional industrial reaction and fermentation process application requirements.

Approved Applications & Dosage Standards

The product complies with GB 2760-2011 food safety standards, eligible for use as a fermentation processing aid, specifically serving as a fermentation nutrient source. It is also applicable as a dough conditioning agent and yeast food ingredient in food processing scenarios.

In fresh yeast production, it acts as a nitrogen source for yeast culture with unrestricted standard dosage. For bread processing, the conventional dosage of this product as yeast nutrient accounts for approximately 10% of the total yeast formula, equivalent to 0.25% of the wheat flour dosage. All application dosages are based on practical food production process parameters for factory batch production.

Standard Packaging Specification

The product adopts double-layer sealed packaging for industrial and food-grade transportation. The inner layer is a polyethylene lining bag for moisture isolation and anti-pollution, and the outer layer is a compound plastic woven bag for mechanical damage resistance. The standard net weight of each finished package is 25kg, with uniform batch packaging specifications for convenient warehousing, counting and bulk shipment.

Storage & Transportation Requirements

Finished products require storage in dry, ventilated warehouse environments to avoid damp deterioration. During road and sea transportation, the goods shall be kept away from high-temperature heat sources and humid environments. Manual and mechanical unloading shall be operated gently to prevent package breakage and material leakage. Isolated storage and transportation from all toxic chemicals and hazardous materials is mandatory to ensure product purity and application safety.
