The product presents colorless prismatic or needle crystal form with no odor and bitter-salty taste. It features stable neutral aqueous solution. Solubility data at 20℃: freely soluble in water with solubility of 119.8% and glycerin, slightly soluble in ethanol. Qualified for food industry compliant processing, this product serves as standard magnesium nutritional fortifier, solidifying agent, flavor regulator, processing aid and brewing additive. In fermentation and synthetic sake production, it acts as a nutritional supplement for fermentation strains, optimizing fermentation activity and product taste with a conventional dosage of 0.002%. It is also applicable for water hardness adjustment in industrial and food water treatment systems.

Standard Packaging Specification

Adopts double-layer sealed packaging for product purity protection. The inner layer is food-grade polyethylene bag for moisture isolation, and the outer layer is high-strength compound plastic woven bag for mechanical damage resistance.
