Physical & Chemical Properties

This product presents as colorless monoclinic crystal with a density of 2.17 g/cm³. It maintains stable physical and chemical properties under normal air environment. The product features water solubility and generates faint alkaline aqueous solution, with negligible solubility in ethanol. Thermal decomposition occurs at a temperature range of 100℃ to 120℃, producing potassium carbonate, water and carbon dioxide without residual harmful impurities.

Industrial & Food Grade Applications

Widely applied in the food processing industry as a functional replacement for traditional baking powder and yeast raw materials. It serves as a core raw material for the production of refined potassium carbonate. The product acts as a standard pH adjuster and food swelling agent, suitable for formulation and production of mineral beverages, infant formula powder and maternal formula powder, complying with conventional food ingredient application standards.

Standard Packaging Specification

Adopts double-layer sealed packaging structure. The inner layer is made of food-grade polyethylene bag for moisture isolation and pollution prevention, and the outer layer is compound plastic woven bag for mechanical damage resistance. Each package supports a standard net weight of 25kg, with uniform packaging size and stable sealing performance for bulk shipment.

Storage & Transportation Requirements

Warehouse storage requires dry, ventilated and shade environment to avoid damp and high-temperature conditions. During full-course transportation, heat and moisture exposure shall be strictly avoided. Manual and mechanical loading and unloading need gentle operation to prevent package breakage and material leakage. Independent storage and transportation are mandatory, with strict separation from all toxic and hazardous substances to ensure product purity and safety.
