Food-grade monobasic sodium phosphate with complete technical parameters. Chemical name is Sodium Phosphate Monobasic, molecular formula NaH₂PO₄, molecular weight 120.01, CAS 7558-80-7, compliant with food additive industry standards.
Physical Properties
The product is colorless columnar crystal with no odor and slight deliquescence. It has a relative density of 2.04 and melting point of 60℃, freely soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol. It dissolves in its own crystal water and converts to monohydrate when heated below 100℃, loses crystal water to form anhydrous substance at 100℃, and further converts to sodium metaphosphate under continuous high-temperature heating, with clear and stable thermal transformation characteristics.

Multi-functional food additive used as buffering agent, quality improver, emulsifier, nutritional supplement, antioxidant additive, brine penetrant, sugar clarifier, stabilizer, coagulant and poultry scalding agent, covering diversified food processing technical demands.
