The product is gray-white to beige powder with astringent taste. It dissolves slowly in cold water with a solubility of 26.6g/100ml at 20℃ and accelerates dissolution under heating conditions. It is insoluble in ethanol and almost insoluble in 50% sulfuric acid, with stable dissolution characteristics for food processing.
